Interact by phone with customers to solicit order for services or good; obtain possible customer leads and conduct follow up on first contact.

Answer phones from customers professionally and respond to their inquiries.

Provide customers with the organization’s service and product information and new offers when necessary

Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding products and escalate customers’ complaints to management and concerned parties when necessary

Follow up with complicated customer calls where required and ensure that calls are resolved in a timely and professional manner

Process forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers

Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to be kept for future reference

Maintain records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts and orders

Handle the update and maintenance of customers’ database including existing or potential customers

Invoice customers’ orders within the set and agreed procedures and follow-up with customers on receipt details

Issue credit notes on returns and enter the data on the system accordingly

Transfer goods on the system from a warehouse to the other as per need be

Support the Sales team with their needs and assist them in case of unresolved issues
