Front Desk Sales Clerk

The Front Desk Sales Clerk is responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing front desk operations. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, processing transactions, handling inquiries, and promoting sales to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the establishment. Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Ensure that all data is recorded in compliance with company procedures.
- Accurately enter customer, sales, and inventory data into SAP Business One. Maintain and update records to ensure data integrity and availability for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:
- BA or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One or similar ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
