Sales Administrator

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, pricing, and quotations.
• Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, invoices, and contracts accurately and efficiently.
• Data Management: Update and maintain sales and customer records in the CRM system.
• Inventory Coordination: Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations for management as needed.
• Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
