Job Description:

  • Promote a variety of skincare, makeup, and fragrance products.
  • Perform makeovers, encouraging product trials and purchases.
  • Provide expert advice on skincare, cosmetics, and personalized regimens.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets with proven consultative selling skills.
  • Ensure product displays are visually appealing and maximize sales.
  • Inform guests of special offers, new products, and promotions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and payments efficiently.
  • Maintain an organized, tidy store, following Shop Manager and Heinemann guidelines.
  • Conduct cycle counts, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving and storing deliveries, with a focus on asset protection.

Profile:

  • Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
  • High school graduate with at least 2 years of beauty retail experience.
  • Previous shipboard retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.
