Mina, a start-up in e-commerce logistics solutions, is on the lookout for an Operations and Project Manager. We are seeking a versatile and dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at multi-tasking, managing client relations, and driving strategic initiatives within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Monitor and report on key operational metrics (KPIs and OKRs) to ensure performance targets are met. Streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Coordination: Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and are delivered on time.
• Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication across departments. Prepare reports and presentations to update senior management on progress and issues.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Freelancer and Collaboration Management: Manage freelancers and other companies we collaborate with.
• Initiative Brainstorming and Research: Brainstorm potential initiatives and conduct competitive research.
• Client and Account Management: Occasionally manage client relationships, oversee client accounts, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Content Creation and Social Media Management: Develop and execute a content strategy for platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter, aimed at engaging our audience and elevating our brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in operations management, communications, or a related field, with a track record of managing client relationships and improving operational processes.
• Strong capability in content creation and social media strategy, with the ability to produce engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and mission.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates who are flexible and able to collaborate effectively across time zones.
