Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement plans to grow accounts
Work to achieve monthly and yearly accounts targets
Plan and perform trade visits
Identify and acquire new accounts
Arrange and host in-store promotional events
Initiate purchase orders with accounts and supervise logistics
Prepare invoices and update entries in sales database
Participate in the preparation and execution of demand creation events
Gather data and consumer insights


Requirements:

Must have a car and a valid Lebanese driving license
1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, business development, etc., preferably in the toy or retail industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or any other business-related field


Qualifications:

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic
Good analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrates personal integrity and honesty
Self-motivated, self-starter, and team player
Client service orientation and attitude
Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time
