Job Scope
The Mall Officer is responsible to run smoothly Mall activities, endorse tenants’ satisfaction at all times and assure customer service level meets required standards. Ensure operational activities meet with organizational requirements for quality management, security control and safety measures.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Mall Management
• Accountable for the timely and proper opening and closing of the Mall
• Maintain a strong presence on floor to ensure a proper functioning of the premises
• Ensure that ABC and tenants’ employees abide by set policies and procedures
• Cater to tenants’ requests to ensure satisfaction according to standards on a daily basis
• Organize receiving, deliveries, and entry requests are occurring as per the policy and guidelines
• Follow up closely with the Cleaning Supervisors on the cleaning tasks and general hygiene to ensure a good image
• Supervise the Parking and Security Teams, handle related issues and report when necessary
• Execute daily maintenance tasks in coordination with the technical department in order to maintain required standards at all levels
• Supervise and follow up on the fit out works and tenants’ new implementations
• Deliver the Lost and Found items to the Customer Service Department if any
Reports
• Address and submit any incident pertaining the Mall and Tenants
• Prepare and submit daily handover before end of shift
• Circulate letters and memos to tenants
• Follow up monthly on the quality control report and make sure to enhance and develop the areas for improvement
• Analyze the quality control results and suggest new initiatives for improvements
• Participate in the monthly metric reports related to safety, audits, mystery shopper, etc. and raise recommendations for development
Stakeholders Relationship
• Establish solid relationships with tenants and ensure constant coordination for successful initiatives
• Build strong relationships with different departments and ensure continuous communication for optimal achievements
• Coordinate with the Marketing team on the Mall events, community initiatives, sales campaigns to drive traffic and enhance awareness
• Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure guidelines implementations
• Coordinate with the Technical Department on the timely maintenance of pending issues at both levels Operations and Tenants
Other
• Provide continuous guidance and support to the Operations team to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity
• Act as a role model while demonstrating the core values of the company with peers and subordinates
• Remain up-to-date with the latest development and best practices in the field
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned and as per the business need
Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent
Experience: 2 years of experience in retail or Food and Beverages
