Job Description

Develop and implement internal HSE policies, procedures, rules and regulations and ensure that they are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
Monitor work processes and procedures to identify unsafe practices or breach of safety regulations
Draw up safe operational practices necessary to minimize risk of workplace accidents.
Conduct and regularly review risk assessments to identify work areas HSE hazards.
Conduct HSE awareness trainings
Ensure HSE communication
Conduct fire drills
Ensure that all accidents and incidents or other unsafe conditions are documented, investigated, root cause identified and recommended improvements implemented.
Conduct work accident investigations
Prepare and conduct WHSE committee meetings
Prepare report of HSE operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree
2-5 years of experience in HSE
Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus
