Position Summary:

The Architect - Mid supports the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and project requirements. This role focuses on enhancing the aesthetics, functionality, and usability of spaces through creative design, detailed planning, and effective collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design Support:

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, including spatial planning, aesthetics, and material selection.
• Create and present design ideas using sketches, 3D models, and 2D drawings.

·       Project Development:

• Assist in planning layouts for optimal space usage and functionality.
• Produce detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.

·       Material Selection:

• Choose materials, colors, finishes, and fixtures that align with design concepts.
• Prepare material boards and specifications.

·       Documentation:

• Generate drawings and specifications using software like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Prepare construction documents and schedules.

·       Collaboration:

• Work with contractors, vendors, and design disciplines to ensure project integration and accuracy.

·       Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure designs comply with safety standards and regulations.

·       Client Interaction:

• Understand client needs and translate them into practical design solutions.
• Prepare visual presentations and design proposals.

Reporting Structure:

Reports to Senior Architects or the Design Manager.

Education and Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in architecture or related field.
• Experience: 3-6 years in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in Revit is required.
