Key Job Accountabilities
· Ensure the healthy operations of the sales process from order setting and confirmation to customer deliveries and payments.
· Perform seasonal and annual sales projections/ forecast in and set plans to maximize categories’ business and drive the channels to achieve the seasonal revenue targets.
· Perform weekly, seasonal and annual sales analysis reports for both retail and wholesale accounts.
· Perform product analysis reports including slow moving, non-moving and fast moving items and stock analysis reports to monitor stock levels and take actions accordingly.
· Manage orders from clients during after sales phase.
· Establish, maintain, grow, manage the wholesale accounts within the set brand strategy and aligned with the brand’s policy.
· Expand markets in KSA, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait.
· Identify areas for Business growth and improvement.
· Drive marketplace management for specific categories.
· Prepare orders for prospective clients from available stock.
· Coordinate delivery of goods with clients.
· Arrange shipments with forwarders.
· Collaborate with warehouse to optimize processes.
· Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
· Coordinate with the team on shipments and shipping documents.
· Manage office and legal matters with government officials.
· Liaise with Federal Tax Authority, Dubai Economic Department, Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Customs, and MOFA.
· Certification of Origin from Dubai Chamber of Commerce, MOFA, Dubai Trade
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University Degree in Business Management or any related field.
- At least 4 years of fashion/lifestyle and/or consumer products category account sales management.
- Computer Literate with good knowledge of basic MS Programs.
- Prior channel experience of working with premium / high-touch doors.
- Wholesale and/or merchandising experience is a plus.
- Experience and track record of success on elevating categories and/or brand initiatives.
- Proven track record in increasing revenue by creating and driving short term business strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly articulate goals and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, analytical, strategic planning and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
