•Prepares the cooking of the product from the raw materials according to the formula
•Weighs the raw materials as a first stage of preparation and submits a daily report to the production manager
•Runs the RO water purification and checks what is needed to ensure water quality and plant safety
•Oversees work management and risk assessment when necessary to avoid any problem in preparing or stopping production on the lines
•Report any problem directly to the production manager
•Supervises the periodic cleaning of machines
•Receive raw materials from the warehouse and verify quantities upon receipt
•Maintains the cleanliness of the space
•Adhere to personal hygiene food safety requirements
