Junior Architect

We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
• Design Using AutoCAD or other needed programs
• Take the “brief” to identify needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
• Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs and building’s usage
• Keep within budgets and timelines
• Be on site to make sure the work is perfectly performed
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to work on projects.

Requirements and skills
• BS degree in Architecture
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3d Studio VIZ or similar)
• Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
• Communication and project management skills
