Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee and guide our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure that our team achieves its goals, provides excellent customer service, and maintains high standards of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team.
- Set targets and monitor team performance.
- Provide training and development for team members.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with management to achieve company goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in real estate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Arabic; proficiency in English is a plus
