About the job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage high-profile lighting projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the lighting industry, exposure to KSA & Qatar Market, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities:
> Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale lighting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
> Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
> Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
> Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving any issues that arise.
> Conduct regular project reviews and provide comprehensive reports to senior management and stakeholders.
> Ensure all projects adhere to industry standards, regulations, and quality assurance processes.
> Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.
> Mentor and guide project team members, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications
> Bachelor’s degree in project management, Engineering or a related field.
> A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
> 7+ years of experience in project management.
> Previous experience within the lighting industry or a related field.
> Previous experience in GCC (KSA & Qatar is a plus).
> Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
> Strong understanding of lighting technologies, products, and industry standards.
> Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
> Proficiency in project management tools.
> Previous experience using Dynamics is a plus.
> Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
> Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
