REBAR DETAILER
Essential Functions
• Detail simple to moderately complex rebar placing plans using construction documents and specifications for approval and field use.
• Incorporate elevations, sections, plans, bending details and with material lists for use and interpretation by customer, engineer or architect, fabrication shop and installer.
• Detail and/or create revisions to placing plans/bar lists at the request project customer, contractor, engineer, architect, department supervisor or installer.
• Follow thru to obtain needed information to resolve discrepancies in plan sections, dimensions, etc.
Experience and Skill Requirements
• 2+ Years of experience in Rebar detailing.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction specifications and drawings.
• Knowledge in ATUODESK AUTOCAD.
• Previous detailing experience with ARMACAD - REQUIRED.
• Knowledge in AUTODESK REVIT (not a must).
• Knowledge in AUTODESK NAVISWORKS (not a must).
• Experience and practical knowledge of structural detailing per industry standards preferred.
• Knowledge in ACI code (not a must).
• MS Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong communication skills in English - verbal and written
