Key Responsibilities:


- Outbound Sales Calls:
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to meet those needs
-Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
Achieving Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals.
Data Entry and CRM Management:

Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Maintain up-to-date and detailed customer records to support sales efforts and reporting
Sales and Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to potential clients

Age between 23 and 30
People-oriented and strong communication skills
