The Sales consultant is responsible for customer satisfaction and achieve best possible sales results serving customers in the shop and providing with their needs in a suitable manner in order to ensure a high level of customer service


Key Responsibilities

Greet customers, serve and provide them with their needs in a suitable manner with a high level of customer service

Assist customers in their demanded products and in their purchase decisions, offering them suitable advices

Arrange and replenish throughout the day the displayed items on structures ensuring that the shop floor and structures are tidy and well organized at all times

Arrange and display received items under the control of the Branch Manager keeping the merchandise well displayed


Prevent security risks and thefts and escalate occurring incidents to the Branch manager in charge avoiding loss
