JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Data Entry.
* Monthly closings.
* Stock Management.
* Purchasing Responsibility.
* Collaborate with CEO, Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting & administrative tasks.
* Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, organizing events.
* Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
* Protects organization’s value by keeping information discreet and confidential
* Organize legal and official files.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* BA/ MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
* Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Previous experience of general accounting & administrative work.
* Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
