Job Purpose:
The Customer Service will serve as Colortek®’s specialist in decorative finishes by working, interacting and building relationships with painters, design professionals and homeowners by utilizing the Showroom and ensuring it properly represents the brand.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of Colortek®’s decorative & architectural product lines, solution paints, color collections, along with their appropriate usage & applications.
- Offer tailored advice and consultancy to painters, design professionals and homeowners in relation to color matching and product selection.
- Conduct site visits to homeowners and commercial spaces and advise on decorative finishes while maximizing sales.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Understand and support Colortek®’s corporate mission, as well as the Company's marketing and sales targets.
- Offer applicable product information and product data sheets to customers.
- Maintain clean and neat showroom appearance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required:
- Strong customer service competencies a must (showroom experience a plus).
- BA degree in Interior Design required.
- Knowledge of AutoCad & 3DMax is a plus.
- Working knowledge of personal computers/software (Microsoft Office & Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and public speaking skills.
