Quality Controller

1. Inspect all incurring material. Check conformance to the required specs. Report results and finding to the quality manager.
2. Verify the effective implementation of PRPs and report findings to the quality and operations managers.
3. Conduct physical, chemical and microbiological test on water from source to finished goods as per the set plan.
4. Conduct quality control checks on the production lines. Coordinate with the operation team regarding findings and needed actions. Report results to the quality manager.
5. Retain representative samples during production as per the related plan.
6. Daily reporting of all quality data.
7. Conduct lab stock count monthly and issue the needed purchase requests.
8. Conduct line CIP with the operation team, ensure that all steps mare done effectively through the related monitoring tests.
9. Maintain the Lab equipment in a good state of repair
