Lead a team of 2-5 persons responsible for:
• Receiving Goods, check quantities and part numbers, input into inventory system.
• Dispatching delivery drivers, tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Purchasing and Invoicing.
• Monitoring stock levels and identifying purchasing needs.
• Researching potential local vendors.
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
• Create new items in the system.
• Routinely perform stock counts and investigate and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, goods are properly stacked and arranged.
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
• Help other company employees in their tasks or fill in for employees on vacation
