We are a leading Retail Architecture and interior design firm located in Beirut, currently seeking an experienced Senior Architect with Great 3D skills, with experience in Retail design and great knowledge of Sketchup. Experience in retail interior design is a plus.
Job Purpose:
As a Senior Retail Designer you are responsible for delivering the highest standard of creative concepts. It is your role to provide strategically based design solutions that inspire, innovate, and challenge the objectives of the client brief.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Design rationale, mood boards and research for all creative
• Able to Develop multiple creative concepts and styles
• Develop interior and architectural design in Sketchup
• Develop design details and architectural drawing packages and fixtures design
• Attend daily meeting with the team
• Meet weekly client deadlines
Key Skills
• Ability to manage your time and effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet tight deadlines
• Maintain a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
• Conceptual designer who understands/ retail stores
• Autocad knowledge is a must
• Advanced Sketchup 3D Skills requested
• Enscape or Vray for sketchup knowledge for rendering is a plus.
• Photoshop Rendering skills.

Education
• Diploma in Architecture or Interior design from a Reputable University
• Portfolio required
