We are seeking an experienced and personable Cash Van Driver / Salesperson to join our FMCG distribution team. This role is more than just driving; you will be the face of our company on your assigned route, responsible for not only delivering products but also maintaining strong relationships with retail shops and driving sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Safely operate the cash van to deliver FMCG products to various retail locations on an assigned route.
- Act as a salesperson, leveraging your knowledge of the route and relationships with retail shops to maximize sales opportunities.
- Load and unload goods from the van, ensuring proper handling and care.
- Collect payments from customers, issue receipts, and accurately record all transactions.
- Monitor stock levels in the van and ensure that all products are accounted for.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail shop personnel, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or issues that may arise during deliveries and sales interactions.
- Maintain the van in good working condition, performing basic vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and traffic laws to ensure safe and efficient delivery operations.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a cash van driver and salesperson in the FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of retail locations and established relationships with shop personnel on your route.
- Good sales and negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Basic arithmetic skills for handling cash and making accurate transactions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving goods.
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness.

**Working Conditions:**
