Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics manager to oversee the shipping and delivery of our international trading operations. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for coordinating with sea carriers and freight forwarders the movement of containers between different countries, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and with the required level of quality.

Responsibilities
-Develop and implement logistics processes that optimize the movement of goods across different countries and regions.
-Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and freight forwarders to identify and negotiate the most competitive sea freight rates.
-Monitor operations to ensure that the shipping process is seamless and efficient.
-Manage the logistics budget and ensure that all costs are tracked and controlled effectively.
-Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that all shipments are delivered on time and with the required level of quality.
-Oversee all documentation requirements and processes for cross-border shipments.
-Manage the relationship with third-party logistics providers and ensure that they adhere to our standards and requirements.
-Monitor the performance of the logistics operation and make improvements as necessary.
-Ensure that all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including customs, import/export, and hazardous materials regulations.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 7 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics management.
-Excellent knowledge of logistics operations, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-Experience with logistics software and systems is a plus.
-Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
