We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. Will be responsible for leading engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring that all mechanical systems and components meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
- Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
- Review design work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems.
- Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analyses to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Oversee the testing and validation of mechanical systems and prototypes.
- Analyze test results and make necessary design adjustments to meet performance criteria.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise during project discussions.
- Present design proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
- Address client feedback and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
