Administrative Assistant

For a well-established NGO in Lebanon
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration from a good university.
Around 4-6 years of administrative experience assisting a manager or a department or related as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant within major companies with a fast-paced environment in Lebanon.
Previous experience in the NGO sector is a major plus.
Computer literate: Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and the Internet
Bilingual with excellent command of English. French is plus

Will be in charge of assisting the manager in all his daily work in a professional and efficient way and will coordinate all matters related to him/her
Will handle administrative and organizational matters related to atelier apprentices time and personnel management
Will organize the filing and paperwork in a practical way, sort incoming/outgoing mail and other correspondence and prepare agendas and minutes of meetings
Will maintain the manager’s calendar, coordinate meetings and international conference calls, organize appointments and make travel arrangements (when needed), and interact fully and professionally with the rest of the company’s managers and employees.
Will draft memos, letters, e-mail reports and presentations (when required), and handle any other related administrative tasks and required day-to-day operations

Able to build and sustain great working relationships. Committed and enthusiastic; willing to work as part of a team and build an effective cross-functional network. Strong communication (oral and written) and reporting skills.
