We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design and engineering, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time. Will be responsible for leading engineering projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring that all mechanical systems and components meet the required specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from concept through to completion.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design teams.
• Review design work, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and safety of mechanical systems.
• Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and failure mode analyses to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Oversee the testing and validation of mechanical systems and prototypes.
• Analyze test results and make necessary design adjustments to meet performance criteria.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide technical expertise during project discussions.
• Present design proposals, progress updates, and final deliverables to clients and stakeholders.
• Address client feedback and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
