The role involves identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with clients and stakeholders, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing deals. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven sales experience in architectural design, interior design, construction management, renovation, and project management.
