Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers, ensuring optimal performance of equipment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations. Prepare detailed service reports.
  • Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest advancements in technology and suggest improvements for service procedures.
