Responsibilities

• Facade Design Leadership: Oversee the design and development of building facades.
• Technical Expertise: Offer deep knowledge of materials, structural calculations, and environmental considerations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate facade design into building plans.
• Project Management: Manage budgets, schedules, and quality control for facade-related aspects.

• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed technical documents and specifications.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards through inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree: In Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Specialization: Additional education or certification in facade engineering or a related discipline is beneficial.
• Experience: Significant experience of 3-5 years in facade engineering, preferably in progressively responsible roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software, knowledge of building codes and regulations, familiarity with various facade materials and systems.
