What We're Looking For
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment, people operations, and culture.
To Succeed In This Role, You Need To
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring efforts.
- Handle day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.
- Foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our values and business objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Utilize ATS and HRIS systems for recruitment and people management tasks.
- Coordinate and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment.
- Prior agency experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
