Our client seeks a seasoned Regional Sales Manager to develop and expand their market presence in Central and West Africa. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strategizing and implementing effective sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and leading a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute robust sales strategies to secure new opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.
  • Directly oversee major accounts and coordinate with export houses.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals in Lebanon and South Africa.
  • Collaborate with customer support and other internal teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Drive sales performance to meet or exceed targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of commercial experience, preferably with exposure to the B2B sector and channel sales.
  • Proficient in sales strategy development, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
  • Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of pricing and market strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a small team and coordinate cross-region activities.
  • Fluency in French, English, and Arabic is mandatory.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in the mining or construction sectors is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commercial experience in dealing with large companies across Africa and Europe.
