Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Sales Officer at SMG in Beirut. The Training Sales Officer will be responsible for customer service, lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Lead Generation and Sales Operations skills
• Experience in Channel Sales
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proven track record in sales and target achievement
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of management systems and related training services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
