Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, accruals, accounts receivable, data entry, and managing collections and receivables from suppliers and clients.

Duties:

- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Reconcile supplier accounts and manage supplier payments.
- Handle accruals and prepare adjusting entries as needed.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Accurately enter financial data into accounting software.
- Collaborate with clients and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies in receivables and payables.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of bank and supplier reconciliation processes.
- Proficient in data entry and managing accounts receivable.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
