We are looking for a Project Engineer with 5 years of experience in the façade industry. This role involves scheduling and managing project execution within budget, overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate cost-effective construction methods
- Schedule the project execution in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines
- Determine labor requirements, hire and dispatch full-time and temporary laborers to construction sites
- Create schedules for construction crews and ensure all projects are fully staffed
- Create and manage the installation budget for each project, including supplies, tools, equipment and labor
- Oversee relevant subcontractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met
- Inspect projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations
- Direct, supervise and train when needed the site workers
- Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports
- Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site
- Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out
- Coordinate with Office / factory (production team)
- Comply with the organization’s occupational health, safety and environmental procedures.
- Participate in the HSE related activities
- Report any unsafe act or conditions inside the work premises
- Ensure work activity does not create any unsafe condition
- Responsible for own safety and others safety as well
- Coordinate site activities with relevant stakeholders
- Liaise with Contractor and Consultant for proper execution and coordination of the work
- Liaise with the engineering, procurement, production and quality departments to ensure smooth execution of the work
- Monitor the project deliverables and daily activities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors in Engineering / Architecture
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in façade Industry is a must
