As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Head of Finance to manage our financial operations, ensuring sound financial management and supporting business growth.

Role Description:

The Head of Finance will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the group, ensuring accurate reporting, strong cash flow management, and financial compliance. You will be responsible for maintaining financial discipline across all subsidiaries while contributing to the company’s growth through effective financial planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience to manage budgets, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Must relocate to Gambia, Africa

Qualifications:

• Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
• Financial Reporting and Analysis skills
• Experience with financial systems and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CPA or CFA certification is a plus
