Role:
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing client accounts with a primary focus on generating revenue through new business acquisition and expanding existing client relationships. o Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

3. Client Acquisition and Onboarding:
o Approach potential clients, present agency services, and close deals.
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with client expectations.
4. Account Management and Growth:
o Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
o Develop strategies to retain and grow client accounts, ensuring continued satisfaction and partnership.
5. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to ensure that client projects are delivered successfully.
o Monitor project progress and address any issues that may affect client satisfaction or project outcomes.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
o Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
o Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
o Use data to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
7. Client Service and Support:
o Act as a primary contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns related to sales or service delivery.
o Ensure that client expectations are met and provide exceptional customer service throughout the engagement.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience in sales, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and negotiate.
• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing deals.
• Client Management: Strong skills in managing client relationships and understanding their needs.
