Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Technical Support Engineer at REFLECTION INTERNATIONAL SARL in Beirut. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a technical background in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Follow up with clients to ensure their system are fully functional after troubleshooting
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Prepare accurate and timely reports
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Minimum one year of experience in SQL Server
• French/ English languages are preferred
