As a Legal Compliance Officer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Handling due diligence with vendors and customers
-Conducting internal audits and investigations.
-Providing training to staff on compliance-related issues.
-Reporting compliance matters to senior management.
-Handle finance (MOF request), Chamber of Commerce and Trademark
-Review contracts including NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) and Distribution Agreement
•Requirements:
-An advanced university degree in law from a reputable university
-1 to 2 years of experience in the legal field (Relevant internship will be considered)
-Strong presentation and communication skills
-Computer skills ( microsoft,word,excel)
-Fluency in arabic,english and french
•Working days are from monday to friday : 8:00 Am to 4:30 pm
