Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations, including sales, inventory, suppliers, staff and customer service.
- Train and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized and properly displayed environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints including item exchange and returns.
- Create sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales goals.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to implement marketing initiatives, promotions and events.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Introduce new brands.

Requirements:
