**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive lead generation, sales, and customer retention.

- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, SEO, and social media.

- Lead product development initiatives, from research and development to market launch.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Identify new business opportunities and form strategic partnerships.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to make informed decisions.

- Manage the marketing budget and ensure a strong ROI on all marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the veterinary, pharmaceutical, or medical equipment industries.

- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience with Google Ads, SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing.

- Proven experience in product development and launching new products/services.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
