Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lebanon at BelleoFX. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, delivering training sessions, and managing sales processes.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager in Forex and CFDs.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales and Sales Management expertise
  • MT4/MT5 Terminal knowledge is a must
  • Training abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business through various channels.

Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients with focus on Arabic-speaking market.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their trading needs and preferences.

Address client concerns and inquiries swiftly and provide personalized support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.

Offer ongoing support to ensure clients are well-informed and comfortable with the trading platform.

Educate and train potential clients on the company’s products.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.

Regularly communicate with clients and provide them with market analysis, research reports, and trading insights.

Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events to enhance the network and industry knowledge.
