Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Collaboration Engineer for our client in Beirut. The Senior Collaboration Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing collaboration solutions, managing communication platforms, providing technical support, and optimizing collaboration tools and processes.

You need to know:
- VoIp
- Installation and advanced configuration of CUCM.
- Integration with UCCX, Presence and Cisco Unity Connection.
- Cisco Unity Connection
- Cisco Unified Integrated Messaging and Presence
- Cisco Unified Contact Center Express:Installation and Configuration of UCCX, integration with CUCM.
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express: Designed and Configured Feature Rich CUCME (SIP and SCCP) with Video Calls.
- Cisco Unity Express.
- Voice Gateways.
