Role Objectives:
We are looking for a Site Leader who will supervise the installation of the projects, commission and troubleshoot Technica’s and partner’s equipment.
Main Accountabilities:
- Assist Installation Project Engineer in preparing the draft of the installation strategy.
- Attend project testing and report design modification requests or improvements.
- Prepare SOPs and Lifting Plans for Technica and partners/suppliers’ machines.
- Check the snag reports .
- Review, revise and confirm the installation schedule and activities during the pre-installation meeting.
- Supervise the erection, unloading and safe transport of equipment to site and report any damaged or missing items.
- Meet the customer daily and inform him about the work progress for alignment and get his confirmation on the daily site report when needed.
- Make sure to perform the installation as per the installation schedule and sold man-days, and report the activities and incidents that will result exceeding the schedule.
- Execute site tests for equipment according to the test reports done in the factory and fill the test report on site and monitoring line efficiency based on the agreed scope.
- Carry or supervise training to customer team.
- Sign commissioning report with customer, conduct closing meeting, and fill minutes of meeting after each intervention along with all the documents requested.
- Assist Customer service engineer in the mechanical services, claims, & snags.
- Handle mechanical service requests at customer sites and ensure filling Technica documentation.
- Enforce safety work methods among the team and fill the site safety report.
- Help in accidents’ investigation and advise control measures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in mechanical or mechatronics engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design field or the installation of equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time job.
- Monday to Friday, 08:00 till 17:00
- Frequent Travel (200 travel days per year)
- Working in hard conditions on customer’s sites.
