Job Overview:
As an Appointment Setter, your primary mission is to drive sales growth by managing cold email campaigns and executing follow-up strategies with potential clients. Your key responsibilities include setting at least 50 sales calls while maintaining an average close rate of 25%, handling inbox management for cold email campaigns, and making direct calls to positive leads who have not yet booked appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
As a full-time Appointment Setter, your responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Set at least 50 new sales calls per month with an average show rate of 80% and an average close rate of 25%
- Inbox management for cold email campaigns handling daily replies and calling positive replies that do not book in
- Cold Calling positive cold email replies
- Taking triage calls booked in from ads to qualify leads to be set onto the client’s calendar
- Calling opt-ins to ads that do not book a triage call
- Calling and emailing completed applications that do not book a call through ads
- Daily execution of team & administrative tasks.
- Friday Weekly Goals Call at 11 AM CST, Thursday Weekly Review Calls at 9 AM CST, Appointment Setting Coaching Calls Tuesday Weekly at 3pm CST

Qualifications:
- Previous successful appointment setting experience (inbound & outbound)
- Previous cold calling and cold emails experience
- Online marketing/info product/coaching knowledge
- Quick & creative thinker
- Conversational, friendly, outcome independent
Position Description:
- You will have to work for 8 hours from 4pm till 12 am Beirut time
- You will also be expected to complete your tasks (see above) every day, Monday-Friday.
- This position is remote. So you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
- You may request time off anytime with advanced notice.
- Compensation: $1,200/month + extra commissions
