We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Analyst to join a renowned company based in Beirut, Lebanon.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying business growth opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and supporting the execution of key business projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate market trends, analyze financial performance, and drive data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conducts extensive market research to identify potential business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
- Strategy Development: Works closely with senior management to develop and refine business strategies based on market insights and company goals.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzes financial data, including revenue, expenses, and investment opportunities, to assess profitability and feasibility of new ventures.
- Proposal Development: Prepares proposals and presentations outlining new business opportunities, partnerships, or investment projects.
- Relationship Management: Builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts, to facilitate business development efforts.
- Risk Assessment: Assesses risks associated with new business ventures or partnerships and develops strategies to mitigate them.
- Project Management: Manages projects related to business development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely execution.
- Performance Tracking: Monitors and evaluates the performance of business development initiatives against predefined metrics and targets.
- Strategic Planning: Contributes to long-term strategic planning by providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and business development efforts.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5-7 years) as a Business Development Analyst, Financial Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
