Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Lab Assistant at Beirut Arab University. The Computer Lab Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to students and staff, ensuring computer literacy, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining communication within the lab. The role is based in Beirut and involves day-to-day operational tasks in a computer lab setting.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Computer Literacy and Operating Systems knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in providing technical assistance in an educational setting
- Knowledge of networking and hardware maintenance
- Relevant certification in IT or related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
