Key Responsibilities:
Financial Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and prepare accurate financial statements across all regions.
Business Development: Drive business growth initiatives, identify new opportunities, and support strategic partnerships.
HR & Operations Oversight: Manage HR functions, including compensation and benefits, and oversee operational activities.
Qualifications:
15 + years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in the GCC region is essential.
Strong analytical and leadership skills, with a business development mindset.
Proficiency in financial systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
