Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a F&B Senior Cost Controller at Method M in Lebanon. The Senior Cost Controller will be responsible for cost control, menu costing, analytical tasks, financial analysis, and ensuring effective accounting practices within the F&B operations.
Qualifications
- Cost Control and Menu Costing skills
- Analytical Skills for financial and operational data evaluation
- Finance and Accounting knowledge
- Experience in financial data analysis and reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Finance, Accounting, or related field
