Title: Renders Architect

if yes, we are looking for a Renders Architect to join our engineering team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and preparing 3D renders
• Working on concept architectural plans
• Space Planning
• Developing architectural plans and drawings in line with code regulations and guidelines
• Working on permitting documents / architectural plans
• Coordinating with different trades
• Developing and preparing 3D renders

Key Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor of Architecture
• Previous work experience in space planning and layouts
• Professional behavior and decent business dress code awareness
• Languages: Professional Arabic and English are critical for the job (fluent spoken and written)
• Important character traits: Loyalty, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Interpersonal Skills, Decency, Results Oriented and Willing
• Skills, Decency, Results Oriented, and Willingness to go the extra mile if needed.
• Must have your own laptop and cellphone.
• Excellent attention to details and quality checking.
